2) What data we access / collect
When authorized by an admin of our business assets, the App may access and process the following categories of data from Meta platforms:
- Advertising & performance data: campaign / ad set / ad identifiers, names, status, timestamps; performance metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, clicks, spend, conversions and related aggregated metrics) obtained via Meta APIs.
- Business asset identifiers: ad account IDs, pixel/dataset IDs (if applicable), Page and Instagram account IDs connected to our Business Manager.
- Technical/auth data: access tokens, app-scoped IDs/identifiers necessary to authenticate API requests; API request logs (timestamps, endpoint names, error codes).
We do not intentionally collect personal content (messages, photos, friends lists) of individuals unrelated to our business operations.
3) How we use the data
We use the data strictly for business analytics and operational purposes, including:
- pulling reporting data from our own Meta ad accounts;
- sending the data into our internal dashboards and reports;
- monitoring performance and making decisions about our advertising campaigns.
We do not use the App to sell data, broker data, or build profiles about third parties.
4) Data sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only with:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure (cloud hosting, database, logging) solely to operate the App and dashboards, under confidentiality/security obligations.
- Legal/Compliance if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and security.
We do not share Meta platform data with unrelated third parties for their independent use.
5) Data retention
- Tokens/credentials: stored only as long as needed for connectivity; rotated/revoked when no longer required or upon request.
- Reporting data: retained for as long as necessary to provide analytics and comply with accounting/audit needs, then deleted or anonymized.
6) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, such as:
- encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and, where applicable, at rest;
- access controls and least-privilege permissions;
- restricted internal access to dashboards and logs.
7) Data deletion & access revocation
Request deletion: Send an email to privacy@romanov.kim with the subject Meta App Data Deletion Request and include the Business ID / Ad Account ID relevant to the request.
Revoke access: An admin can revoke the App’s access by removing the App from the relevant Meta Business settings and/or revoking permissions in Facebook settings.
8) Cookies / tracking on this page
This Privacy Policy page does not require login and does not intentionally use tracking cookies. Your web hosting provider may log standard request data (e.g., IP address, user agent) for security and reliability.
9) Children
The App and related dashboards are not directed to children under 13 and are used only for internal business operations.
10) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
